Garage door leads in Queens, on terms we will actually keep

You have probably bought leads before and been sold a number that did not arrive. So here is what this is, stated flatly, including the parts that do not flatter us.

This site is new. We are not going to pretend otherwise, and we are not going to quote you a monthly volume we have no basis for.

What arrives when a lead comes in

Not a name and a number. Every request has been through five questions, and each of them exists because it changes what the lead is worth to you.

You get the service category, the symptom in the homeowner's own words, how soon they need someone, the ZIP code, whether they own or rent, and whatever they typed in the notes. Plus the consent record.

How grading works

Two fields do most of the work. Someone who needs a contractor today, owns the property, and is in a ZIP we cover is an A. Someone pricing a job for next spring is a C. Renters grade down regardless, because in most cases a landlord has to authorise the work.

We show you the grade and how it was reached. You are welcome to disagree with the weighting and buy differently.

The site tells homeowners what things cost

You should know this before you buy anything from us. Every visitor has been shown published price ranges, with sources, and told to ask whether the service call fee is waived.

If your pricing is within published norms, that is good for you: they arrive expecting a real number and are less likely to treat yours as an opening bid. If your model depends on quoting well above published ranges once you are on site, we are not a good fit and this will not work out for either of us.

Common questions

How many leads will I get?
We do not know, and anyone who gives you a number before they have run your ZIP codes for a month is guessing. This site is new. We would rather tell you that than quote you a volume we cannot deliver.
Are the leads exclusive?
That is a conversation, not a policy. Tell us what you want and what you will pay for it. Shared leads cost less and convert less; exclusive costs more and is worth more. We will not tell you a lead is exclusive and then sell it twice.
How are they qualified?
Every lead has a service category, a symptom, a stated urgency, a ZIP code, and whether the person owns or rents. Renters are graded down because they usually cannot authorise work, and we tell you that rather than sell it as an A.
What about consent?
Every lead carries a stored TCPA consent record: the verbatim wording shown, the timestamp, the IP address and the user agent. You get that record with the lead. If you have bought leads before, you know why that matters.
Do you take a cut of the job?
No. You pay for the introduction, and what you do with it is your business. We never see your invoice and we do not want a percentage.
What do you expect from me?
Call people quickly, quote in writing, and do not do the thing this whole site exists to warn people about. We will stop sending you work if complaints come back, and we would rather say so up front.
Get on the list

Apply below and a person reads it. We check insurance before you receive a single lead — that check is the reason this is not an instant signup, and it is the same check every other contractor in the network passed.

Approved contractors start with $100 of lead credit, so the first leads cost you nothing.

One per business. It can be spent on leads and is not refundable as cash.
